At The Fountain Trust Company, the privacy of our customers is of paramount importance. We have never sold, nor do we anticipate selling, any customer information to nonaffiliated third parties. The bank does its processing in-house, on premises, so that confidentiality is maintained at the highest possible level. We pledge to our customers that any complaint we receive about a breach of confidentiality is investigated immediately by the bank’s executive management.
Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. - Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described in No. 1 and No. 2 above, insofar as the information is solely as to transactions and experiences between you and us, but only to our affiliates who are financial service providers, such as our insurance agents, payment processors, and securities broker-dealers and banks.
