1, Contact Center Representative

  • Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required

Skills Required: 

  • Must possess excellent telephone skills, including a professional speaking voice
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • One year banking or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a Call Center environment desirable
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills relevant to Outlook, Word and Excel required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities Include:

  • Promptly answer all incoming calls as the point of first contact, personally assisting the caller with answers to banking questions and resolving concerns after promptly authenticating caller identity
  • Utilize proper on-hold, call transfer and note taking procedures
  • Provide guidance and knowledge on all banking products
  • Educate and assist customer and electronic services including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay and debit card inquiries
  • Process account balance or transfer requests, stop payment orders, change of address and other operational requests within given authority and ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Researching loan transactions and answering questions for customers and bank team members
  • Overseeing secondary market loan portfolio including the sale and servicing of loans
  • Ordering appraisals
  • Willingness to travel for training, as required
  • Performing general clerical tasks
  • Managing mortgage files
  • Reviewing loan onboarding for accuracy
  • Overseeing home insurance, auto insurance and titles
  • Other duties as required by management
