We are closely monitoring the situation locally, nationally, and internationally to keep our staff healthy and our customers protected. We are increasing the cleaning regimen for high traffic areas such as teller windows, check writing stations, ATMs and door handles. We are also taking specific steps in regard to our staff and their working assignments to maximize safety.
We will continue to update our pandemic response plan as new information becomes available from local, state and federal agencies.
Effective Friday, March 20, all of our banking center lobbies will be closed, with the exception of appointments only. All of our banking center drive-ups will be full service and open for regular drive-up banking hours. If an in-person meeting is necessary, please contact your local banking center to schedule an appointment. We encourage you to consider taking advantage of our electronic banking options whenever possible.
